If you have any questions or need urgent production, please contact us by email in advance. If you order high heels above 10.8 inches, we will change the high heels in the photo and replace them with men's soles (the heel is slightly thicker, and the heel height is about 1.2 inches).

Regarding the sizing, please follow these instructions: 1. Provide your foot size (in inches). 2. Specify your gender (male/female). 3. For long boots, provide the tube length (in inches) and calf girth (in inches).

Please note that the tube length refers to the height from the heel to the tube mouth, excluding the boot heel height. The calf girth refers to the raised part of the flesh behind the calf.

If you do not send a special size request by email within 24 hours after purchasing, we will make the product according to the regular size of the order. If the item you receive does not fit because you did not provide a custom size, we will not be able to change or refund the order.

The outer material of our products includes imitation leather and synthetic soles, among other materials. The closure type is Pull-On.
